付款方式

  1. Visa、Mastercard、轉數快 FPS、Alipay、Wechat Pay 皆可使用。

預約流程

  1. 下單後,將於24小時內與你確認場地預約。

  2. 餘下費用(包括按金)須於使用場地一天或之前全數繳付,方可使用場地。

  3. 收到尾款後,我們會發送入門密碼。

  4. 經檢查場地並無損壞或需額外清潔後,按金會於7天內全數退回。

更改訂單

  1. 人數如有更改,可於繳付尾款前通知。

  2. 繳付尾款後,收費人數可加不可減。

  3. 如有需要延長租場時間,請提早15-30分鐘聯絡場地 查詢租用情況,並即時付款進行確認方可繼續使用。如超時15分鐘未有通知,加時收費以每小時計收取費用(不足一小時亦當一小時計算)。

  4. 更改預約日期須於14日前通知,作一次免費更改,訂金於通知起計可保留60日。8-13日前通知將收取預約總數之10%作更改手續費,3-7日前通知將收取預約總數之25%作更改手續費。1-2日前通知將收取預約總數之50%作更改手續費。24小時內的預約不能更改。一個訂單只接受一次日期更改。

  5. 在惡劣天氣情況下(八號或以上風球或黑色暴雨警告生效時),所有受影響時段內之預約皆可選擇取消/如期進行,如取消預約,訂金將會保留並於取消當日起計60日內完成改期。

  6. 如客人於使用場地期間,懸掛八號或以上風球或發出黑色暴雨警告,將不接受更改租用日期。

退款及退貨

  1. 場地一經落訂作實,訂金將不作退回。

⚠️ 如使付款等同已同意以上之條款及安排。 the Black Hall保留更改以上條款之權利,而不作事先通知。

如有任何爭議,the Black Hall保留就爭議及與此等條款有關的任何問題之最終決定權及解釋權。

Terms of Service

Payment Method:

Visa, Mastercard, FPS (Faster Payment System), Alipay and WeChat Pay are all accepted payment methods.

Payment Flow:

  1. Upon placing an order, confirmation of venue reservation will be provided within 24 hours.

  2. The remaining fees, including the deposit, must be fully settled one day or earlier before utilizing the venue.

  3. Upon receipt of the final payment, we will send the entry code.

  4. After inspecting the venue and confirming no damage or additional cleaning is required, the deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days.

Change Policy:

  1. Changes in the number of participants can be notified before making the final payment.

  2. After the final payment, the number of participants can only be increased and not decreased.

  3. For extending the rental time, please contact the venue 15-30 minutes in advance to inquire about availability. Immediate payment is required for confirmation to continue usage. If there is no notification and the extension exceeds 15 minutes, additional charges will apply on an hourly basis (rounded up to the nearest hour).

  4. Changes to the reservation date must be notified at least 14 days in advance for a one-time free modification. The deposit can be retained for up to 60 days from the notification date. Notifications made 8-13 days in advance will incur a modification fee of 10% of the total reservation amount, 3-7 days in advance will incur a fee of 25%, and 1-2 days in advance will incur a fee of 50%. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the reservation. Only one date change is allowed per order.

  5. In adverse weather conditions (Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning in effect), reservations for affected periods can be either canceled or proceed as scheduled. If the reservation is canceled, the deposit will be retained and can be used for rescheduling within 60 days from the cancellation date.

  6. If during the venue usage period, Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, changes to the rental date will not be accepted.

Refunds and Returns Policy:

  1. Once the venue is booked, the deposit is non-refundable.

⚠️ Making payment signifies agreement to the above terms and arrangements. The Black Hall reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

In case of any disputes, The Black Hall retains the ultimate authority for final decisions and interpretations regarding issues related to the disputes and these terms.
